UB Tech Solutions Inc. accepts residential and commercial HVAC requests across Chicagoland, prioritizing locations within approximately 50 miles of Schaumburg. The exact service area is confirmed for each request. Sending an inquiry asks our team to contact you; it is not an appointment, price quote, availability guarantee, or agreement to perform work. Scope, price, scheduling, and payment terms are agreed separately before work begins.

Professional network pilot

UB Tech Solutions Inc. operates this service platform and may also perform work as a participating HVAC provider. Professional applications currently focus on HVAC; availability and suitability must be confirmed before any booking. Professional applications are free. Applying or receiving operator approval does not guarantee assignments, earnings, availability, or a particular qualification beyond the recorded review. Each job’s provider, scope, price, timing, payment arrangements, and any platform fee must be agreed before work begins.

A work offer becomes accepted when the assigned provider accepts it in their account. A completion report is submitted for operator review; it is not proof of customer acceptance or payment by itself. No payments are collected by this website. The owner’s budget screen records plans and reported expenses; saving a plan does not initiate advertising or authorize an external charge.

Infrastructure inquiries

The Infrastructure page describes a capability in development. It does not guarantee industrial coverage, an available installation crew, qualification for an installer list, or acceptance of an installation project. Any project requires separate confirmation of insurance, personnel, specifications, scope and terms.

Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This program does not include promotional messages or third-party offers.
