Describe what you notice: the furnace does not start, air feels cool, some rooms are colder, the system stops repeatedly, or a noise has changed. These symptoms can have different causes; we won’t name a failed part or quote a repair from a short message.

If you know the equipment brand or model, mention it. A photo of an accessible label or displayed error code can help when we follow up. There is no need to open the equipment.

02 / AGREE ON THE NEXT STEP

A conversation before a commitment.

1. Describe the problem. Include your suburb and whether the building is a home or a commercial property.
2. Confirm the details. We discuss the equipment, location, access and availability. Ask about diagnostic charges before agreeing to a visit.
3. Agree on the work. Scope, price and scheduling must be confirmed before work proceeds. Sending this form does not book an appointment.

For a home, tell us which areas are affected and when the issue started. For a managed or commercial property, include the equipment type, number of affected units and any access or vendor requirements. We review suitability before accepting the job.
