Replacement starts with the house.
Tell us whether this is an existing home, renovation or new construction. Include your suburb, the areas that struggle to stay comfortable, and any available equipment model information. We review the existing setup before proposing equipment; a model number or square footage alone is not a final system design.

Equipment is only part of the estimate.
Ask for a written scope identifying the proposed equipment and the included duct connections, controls, removal, startup and any associated electrical or other work. Permit responsibilities, exclusions and access arrangements should be clear before you approve the job. Photos can help the initial conversation, but do not replace an assessment.

Our experience includes installing a gas furnace, central AC, and supply and return ductwork from scratch in a new single-family home. For your project, share available plans and the construction stage. Layout, trade coordination and the required approvals need to be reviewed for that specific house.
