What to share first.
Include the building address or suburb, number of units, available model and capacity information, the reason for replacement, and the required timeline. If there are drawings, specifications or addenda, mention them so we can arrange to review the current package. Do not climb onto the roof to collect details for this form.
02 / PROJECT DETAILS
Look beyond the replacement unit.
The proposal needs to account for the actual site: existing curb and duct connections, utilities, controls, roof access, lifting arrangements and equipment removal. Structural or roofing work and other trade responsibilities must be identified where relevant. A similar-looking unit is not enough to confirm compatibility.

Coordinate the shutdown.
Tell us which spaces the equipment serves and when a shutdown can be considered. Tenant communication, access permissions and lifting arrangements should be coordinated before a date is committed. Crane services, permits and other third-party work are not automatically included.
